Mission: The CID District exists to render services (Safe and Clean) and add value (Beautification, Communication, and Economic Development) to the Owners of properties and Businesses within its Carmichael service area.

Vision: The CID’s expectation, as an Owner's Association, is to lead the transformation of Carmichael into a prosperous, desirable, and an engaged community.

Operating subject to the Ralph M. Brown Act and the California Public Records Act, meetings are open to the public with agendas, materials, and minutes to be found on this page.
